Course overview
PR professionals regularly face situations where the stakes for the organisation's reputation are high and the pressure to communicate clearly is immediate. This course gives them a structured approach to PR planning and management, with measurable results they can report to senior leadership.
The six modules cover the full scope of PR practice: the origins and functions of PR, planning and organising PR activities, communication with internal and external audiences, managing difficult personalities, written and verbal communication skills, and running press conferences. Delegates practise each area through role-play, group exercises and roundtable discussions.
