Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the questions training managers ask before they book.
- Who is ARUK Training?
- ARUK Training Ltd is a London-based training provider, established in 2015 and registered in England & Wales (company no. 11718190), registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. We run professional courses for organisations and individuals.
- Are courses available in Arabic?
- Yes. Any course can be taught in Arabic, English or any European language by a trainer who teaches in that language, in person or online. The website is also fully available in Arabic.
- Which cities do courses run in?
- Public courses run in 27 cities, including London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Riyadh, Jeddah, Muscat, Manama, Cairo, Amman, Casablanca, Istanbul and Singapore. A course can also be delivered at your own premises or in the city you choose.
- How many courses are there, and how long are they?
- There are 357 courses in 25 subject areas. Courses last five days, each with clear objectives and a day-by-day agenda.
- Can a course be run for my team only?
- Yes. Any course can be delivered in-house at your premises, in a meeting room we book for you, 1-to-1, or live online.
- What certificate do delegates receive?
- Every delegate who completes a course receives an ARUK Training Certificate of Attendance. We do not claim accreditations we do not hold.
- How much do courses cost?
- Each course shows its fee per delegate for each city in pounds sterling, from £1,800 excluding VAT. Group discounts on public courses are 20% for 2 delegates, 35% for 3 and 50% for 5 or more on the same course. In-house, meeting-room, 1-to-1 and online training is priced in a quotation.
- What do the fees include?
- The fee covers the training, course materials and the refreshments stated in your confirmation. Travel, accommodation, visas and insurance are not included unless your quotation says so.
- How and when do I pay?
- The full fee is payable in advance. We invoice you when we confirm the booking, and payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date and in any case before the course starts. A place on a public course is only guaranteed once the full fee has been received.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Public courses: full refund if you cancel 30 or more calendar days before the start date. In-house, meeting-room and 1-to-1 courses: 45 or more days, less costs we have already paid on your behalf. Online courses cannot be cancelled once confirmed. The full wording is in our terms and conditions.
- Can I send a different person in place of a delegate?
- No. A place is booked for the named delegate only, and another person cannot attend in their place.
- What if a course is cancelled?
- We may cancel or postpone a course, for example if there are not enough delegates. We will tell you as early as we can and offer another date or city, and if that does not suit you we refund the course fee in full. For that reason please do not book non-refundable travel or accommodation until we have confirmed in writing that the course will run.
- I am an agent or consultant. Can I work with ARUK?
- Yes, through our partner programme. The terms and the application form are on the partner page.
- How do I get a quote?
- Send us the topic, number of delegates and location through the contact page, on WhatsApp or at [email protected], and we will come back with an outline, dates and a quote.
