Course overview

Contract negotiation and project scheduling involve repetitive tasks and detailed data analysis. This course shows professionals how artificial intelligence can streamline these processes, reduce errors, and speed up project delivery.

Attendees practise using AI tools for drafting commercial contracts, tracking performance, and identifying potential breaches. The modules cover how AI handles liability clauses, indemnities, and cross-border dispute resolution (including Joint Ventures (JV) and Production Sharing Contracts (PSC)). For project management, the course focuses on using AI for predictive risk assessment, resource allocation, and continuous monitoring.

The training combines theoretical principles with hands-on practice. Attendees evaluate the capabilities and limitations of current AI tools and develop a personalised action plan to integrate AI into their own contracting and project management workflows.
