Course overview
Project delivery involves decisions about time, cost and quality under uncertain conditions. This programme examines how AI can support those decisions through better forecasts and risk evaluation, while automating repetitive work. Delegates consider the development of AI in project management and compare its benefits and adoption challenges with conventional approaches.
Practical sessions follow the project workflow. Delegates apply tools to planning and demand forecasting, then examine task allocation, prioritisation and collaboration during execution. The content includes budget forecasting and resource allocation, with predictive analytics supporting the identification and mitigation of risks.
Monitoring uses live project information. Work covers KPI measurement and reporting, anomaly detection and automated issue resolution, alongside dashboards that support decisions. Case studies and guided demonstrations accompany the exercises. The final day examines ethical considerations and how to integrate AI into existing frameworks while developing a team capable of using it.
