Course overview

Organisations rely on clear communication. However, internal documents are often poorly structured or easy to ignore. A well-written report can determine whether a project gets funding, while a confusing one can stall progress for months. When professionals move into roles with heavier reporting responsibilities, they need a structured approach to writing and presenting that goes beyond basic grammar.

The training teaches a systematic method for producing reports and proposals that prompt action. Delegates study the complete writing process. They start by gathering information and mapping ideas. Then they learn to structure the final content, adjusting their tone for different formats like formal business letters and executive summaries.

The sessions also cover delivering material in person. Delegates learn to design visual presentations and handle audience questions. By combining written documentation with spoken delivery, attendees learn to present a credible message and influence colleagues.

By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:

  2. Organise the writing process to save time and meet deadlines
