HRIS platforms support administration through employee data and processes that include payroll, recruitment and performance evaluation. The programme examines modern features, modules and tools, and how to choose a suitable system. Delegates consider routine-task automation, administrative workload and the accuracy and accessibility of information, alongside HR's strategic contribution and data-informed decisions aligned with organisational goals.
Records require care. Employee data management covers centralisation, privacy, onboarding and the employee life cycle. Payroll work examines integration, tax calculations, benefits, compensation data and self-service for managers and employees, with attention to reporting and compliance. Recruitment and performance applications include applicant tracking, automated screening, job postings, goals and reviews.
Integration extends the system's use. Business performance systems and Business Process Management are considered alongside analytics for strategic planning, employee engagement and talent management. Security, implementation difficulties and ongoing maintenance inform work on a sustainable HRIS. Interactive lectures and cases combine with platform practice, group exercises and role-play; questions, answers and continuing feedback support the learning. Delegates examine effectiveness and Return on Investment (ROI) before preparing an action plan.
