Course overview
Hybrid human-artificial intelligence (HHAI) brings human creativity and AI analysis into shared workflows. Business needs guide technology selection. Delegates examine opportunities for integration over five days, including the management of projects and teams that combine human judgement with intelligent systems.
The syllabus considers enabling technologies such as IoT, big data and cloud computing. Prompt engineering and data analysis for AI applications sit alongside collaborative problem-solving and ethical risk management. Case studies support discussions of implementation practices, while team development addresses the skills people need to work with AI.
Organisational applications include operational efficiency and cost reduction, product and service innovation, productivity and digital transformation.
