Internal coaches support leadership development, engagement and alliances across functions as organisations address complex challenges. Delegates examine foundational and advanced coaching approaches for leaders and teams, with attention to organisational transformation and talent alignment. ICF competencies provide a framework for listening, questioning, rapport, session objectives, ethics and confidentiality.
Assessment can reveal blind spots. Behavioural and perceptual coaching address strengths, development needs, mindsets and limiting beliefs, alongside self-awareness and emotional intelligence. The Leadership Dashboard is examined in relation to strategic leadership presence. Leadership coaching considers influence, executive power, personal and professional priorities, communication, conflict, decisions and organisational politics.
Applications connect coaching with HR frameworks, upward relationships and organisational goals. Delegates consider team mobilisation, empowerment and cross-functional collaboration, as well as execution and personal domains. Situational approaches address team dynamics, change, transitions, agility, innovation and specific organisational challenges. Seminar-style learning combines individual and group exercises, workplace cases and hands-on practice, with structured feedback and toolkits. Supervision and mentoring continue after training, including three months of support and 1:1 ICF mentoring sessions, while outcomes are evaluated against organisational objectives.
