Course overview

Constant change tests a leader's adaptability and mental focus. This course equips managers to handle uncertainty and inspire their teams. It provides a practical framework for maintaining focus under stress and cultivating a culture of adaptability in high-pressure situations.

Over the five days, delegates examine how emotional responses affect decision-making. They also look at workplace mental health. The training then turns to psychological safety, showing leaders how to spot biases and encourage open communication. Finally, attendees explore Hofstede's five cultural value dimensions and the eight levels of culture. This provides the framework they need to build a personal action plan for cross-cultural leadership.
