During this week of training, delegates cover the practical steps required to build a culture of innovation. The sessions look at how to research and apply new concepts. Delegates also examine ways to motivate staff to improve their performance, and methods for turning workplace problems into new business opportunities. The material explains the difference between constant improvement and true innovation, using detailed examples from successful companies across several industries to show how theoretical ideas work in practice.
