Course overview

The business environment has fundamentally changed over the past few years, prompting organisations to reassess their core purpose. When companies leave leadership development to chance, they struggle to fill management gaps during a crisis. Preparing for the post-COVID market requires a structured approach to succession planning.

This programme examines how to build a sustainable leadership pipeline. Delegates take part in psychometric assessments to evaluate their personal management styles and credibility. The sessions explore how to lead diverse, cross-generational teams while managing the emotional impact of organisational change.

The schedule covers artificial intelligence tools and ethical decision-making. Delegates practice using the SCARF model to introduce new working methods to their staff. The course relies on experiential learning and self-reflection, ensuring professionals leave with a clear plan to adapt their practice and guide their teams through uncertainty.
