Financial indicators need to reflect the objectives an organisation is pursuing. The workshop begins with strategic planning and the factors that affect performance, then examines how SMART objectives can be translated into measures for finance and risk management. Delegates consider the relationships between finance functions when designing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Dashboards bring the measures together. Delegates examine suitable charts and formats, the platforms available and the process of building and calibrating a dashboard, before considering how feedback and industry benchmarks can inform improvements.
