Course overview

Leading internationally requires awareness of cultural differences in how people communicate, respond to authority and work together. This programme examines those differences alongside a leader's own assumptions and habits. Personal development runs through the five days, including techniques for sustaining a growth mindset when working with people from different cultures.

Learning uses stories and practical exercises. Cultural intelligence activities introduce the working context before workshops address responses to change, innovation and the use of failure in learning. Delegates consider their executive presence and practise ways to influence global teams, resolve conflict and lead with empathy.

Communication sessions cover spoken and nonverbal exchanges, active listening and the impact of language difficulties in virtual settings, with role-play scenarios that place leadership decisions in an international context. The final day examines professional branding and networks across cultures. Delegates prepare an action plan for global cultural leadership.
