Course overview

Business professionals frequently deliver dull presentations that fail to engage executive stakeholders or communicate commercial priorities clearly. Because unstructured data and monotonous vocal delivery obscure core recommendations during high-stakes pitches, professionals must combine rigorous message architecture with polished physical staging to sustain listener attention and persuade senior decision-makers. Rigorous preparation underpins successful delivery across every business context.

Six modules cover design and delivery mechanics. Delegates study audience engagement tactics, message distillation using the triple S rule and logical organisation using the rule of 3. They examine how substance, style and support interact, applying models such as the hamburger analogy to prevent unnecessary content expansion.

Delegates rehearse individual presentations on chosen business topics, review recorded performances and receive targeted developmental feedback. Sessions examine body language, vocal modulation, physical staging and targeted strategies to manage Public Speaking Anxiety (PSA) under pressure.
