Course overview

Soft skills shape how people work with AI and automation. Engineers and technicians, managers and supervisors, data analysts and scientists, project managers and HR professionals can attend. The course also addresses anyone seeking stronger soft skills for the AI industrial era. Collaborative work includes technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Critical thinking informs decisions. Delegates analyse situations and patterns, examine communication with AI systems and diverse teams, and explore resilience during technological change through activities that connect these skills with workplace problems. Emotional awareness and empathy receive practical attention alongside frameworks for ethical decisions. Creativity and continuous learning support adaptation to new technologies.

Learning involves practice. Workshops and interactive exercises accompany case studies and role-play of workplace situations; group discussions and collaborative activities support peer learning. Guest speakers and industry experts discuss challenges and opportunities, while self-reflection and assessment tools support personal development.
