Delegates examine frameworks, tools and mindsets for flexibility and resilience at both strategic and operational levels, including the relationship between long-term vision and shorter-term adaptation.
Culture affects responsiveness. Sessions address leadership, systems and organisational structures alongside external drivers such as regulation and geopolitics. Delegates examine processes supporting innovation, continuous improvement and organisational learning. Later work covers governance, digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), feedback loops and agility metrics.
