Course overview

Modern leadership requires more than managing immediate growth and profitability. It demands the ability to steer through uncertainty and rapid change. Leaders must adapt. They must also embrace digital transformations and maintain a broad perspective to build resilient organisations. When a crisis occurs, a leader's foundational qualities are tested.

This programme explores how to lead effectively in complex environments. First, delegates assess their personal leadership style using psychometric evaluations. Sessions then look at building agile teams. The course covers how to communicate purpose, build trust, and use emotional intelligence, which ultimately supports team well-being and engagement across the wider business.

The days focus on practical leadership tools and methodologies. Delegates learn to make decisions using diverse thinking. They apply solution-focused techniques for managing change and plan for unexpected crises. The course concludes with strategies for reframing business models, before delegates create actionable plans for future improvement that they can take back to the workplace.
