Designing and sustaining strategy requires analytical tools and a leadership approach suited to changing competitive conditions. Delegates examine internal and external business environments, anticipate challenges and opportunities, and connect vision, goals and performance metrics in a strategic roadmap. SMART objectives, scenario analysis and risk evaluation support decisions at strategic and operational levels.
People affect execution. Leadership behaviour, communication and team engagement are considered alongside organisational structures and the tools used to analyse them. The 7S Framework and SWOT analysis inform strategic choices, while performance measures and key performance indicators help turn measurement into information for future strategy. Case studies, reflective exercises and interactive discussions connect theory with practical application and strategic judgement.
Adaptability runs through the programme. Sessions consider change readiness, strategic inflection points, perceptions and the characteristics of strategic agility. Building learning organisations and cultures that support continuous improvement is examined in relation to sustainable growth. Leadership work includes personal style analysis, motivation theories and negotiation under complex conditions. Servant and dispersed leadership feature on day five, together with work on the human impact of change, employee engagement and the changing balance between compliance and innovation.
