Administrative coordinators underpin daily office operations, balancing executive priorities with cross-departmental demands. When office management lacks structured protocols, conflicting schedules, disorganised meetings and administrative bottlenecks hinder overall productivity. Instruction provides administrative staff with practical organisational and communication skills to support executive teams effectively across busy office environments.
Delegates review the core competencies and behavioural traits expected of high-performing administrators, focusing on the 3Ds framework. Instruction addresses professional correspondence, persuasive communication, assertive positioning and techniques for serving internal and external customers. Training also tackles workplace stressors, helping staff identify burnout indicators and maintain composure during high-volume periods.
AI tools close the programme. Subsequent sessions explore time management frameworks, including priority matrices and detailed activity logs. Delegates practise structuring formal meeting agendas, recording actionable minutes and facilitating virtual sessions. Practical units evaluate digital tools, specifically MS Teams, Zoom and workplace AI applications to streamline routine administrative tasks and improve responsiveness.
