The 2010 British Petroleum spill, the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines flight MH 370 and the financial crisis of 2008 provide examples of the public relations (PR) difficulties that crises create. Delegates examine organisational impacts and ways to limit them through a prepared communication function that can respond quickly and manage perceptions in the media and online.
