Suspected infringement can affect revenue, customer confidence and product safety, but a response must begin with verified rights and reliable evidence. Counterfeit goods, unauthorised copies and parallel imports raise different questions, and the available remedies depend on local law and the facts. This course builds an enforcement process that connects legal assessment with supply chain knowledge, online monitoring and operational decision-making. It emphasises prioritisation and coordination rather than assuming every allegation requires the same intervention.
Day 1 examines enforceable rights, infringement indicators and distinctions between different forms of unauthorised activity. Day 2 develops intelligence gathering and evidence preservation practices for physical and online channels. Day 3 compares civil and administrative action, interim remedies and negotiated outcomes. Day 4 considers customs cooperation, criminal referrals and coordination with enforcement authorities where appropriate. Day 5 integrates these routes into an anti-counterfeiting response plan.
