Dialogue shapes relationships in work, home and social settings. Clear expression and attentive listening can support trust and collaboration; misunderstandings also need constructive resolution. Day 1 examines the sender, message, receiver and feedback within communication, identifies barriers and uses self-assessment to review personal strengths and areas for improvement. Listening follows on Day 2, with paraphrasing, summaries and questions used alongside understanding another person's perspective and emotions.
Speech and body language need consistency. During Days 3 and 4, delegates practise clear, assertive speech, matching tone, pace and word choice with body language, eye contact and gestures, then examine conflict sources, collaboration and compromise. Role-play addresses tense situations and ways of finding common ground. The closing work considers building and maintaining trust through dialogue, managing emotions and supporting positive interactions. Exercises, collaborative discussion and action planning support continued practice; a workbook provides templates, checklists and resources, and daily breaks allow Q&A.
